Valentines Dinner – February 10 th 5:30PM

 

Join us for a special Valentines Day Dinner at the Clubhouse.

Menu:

Starters

Shrimp Batons  with wasabi sauce and sesame-cucumber salad


Crab & Corn Bisque 


Fried Oyster and Kale Salad   
kale and arugula salad with crispy potatoes, red onions, pickled carrots and green tomatoes with horseradish sauce


Blackened Red Snapper  with pineapple salsa, avocado puree and sweet potato chips

 

Entrees

Pistachio Baked Gulf Fish  with leek, potato and crawfish fricassee


Lobster Stuffed USDA Prime Filet  center cut grilled Filet Mignon filled with lobster and cream cheese served with Parmesan mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus 


 Roasted  Duck  topped with Grand Marnier mushroom and chevre bread pudding, chayote and arugula coleslaw


Veal Scaloppini and Crab Meat   sautéed and topped with crabmeat, artichoke and lemon caper sauce served with angel hair bordelaise 



Desserts
Southern Strawberry Shortcake  chocolate chip sweet biscuit topped with brandied strawberries & vanilla bean whipped cream
Molten Chocolate Cake with vanilla bean ice cream
